A certified technician will determine your computers problem and give you an estimate on the repair costs.
Any thing not listed below will generally incur an hourly rate. In-shop and onsite repairs are billed in half hour increments. 30 Minutes or less is billed at half the listed rate.

If you've set a windows password and forgot it, we'll remove the password and get you back into Windows or tell you what your password was. BIOS/System password removal also available (Some restrictions apply)
We can backup all of your important data to a CD or DVD at your request. This price includes 1 CD or DVD worth of data up to 4.5 GB. An extra half hour of labor will be charged per additional DVD or per 4.5 GB of data.

A TR Technologies technician can come to you at your home or office and help you with your problem. The onsite service charge is the same as our standard labor charge of $75.00 per hour, plus a travel charge of $30.00 per hour while in route. There is a one hour minimum labor charge for onsite service. Remote assistance also available. We can schedule regular technician visits for routine maintenance and service. Month-to-month contracts are available as well as longer term contracts to protect you from any possible service rate changes.
